Reviews and Ratings
I had a reasonably good stay at this hotel, which has a charming chalet feel and an excellent location for exploring the city center. The staff were outstanding and attentive, making up for some downsides like the cleanliness issues in the bathrooms and the underwhelming breakfast choices. Overall, it's a decent place, but it's hard to overlook the black mold in the bathtubs and the mediocre dining options.
After staying here twice, I found the hotel to be a decent choice for a central location in Neuquen. The staff was consistently helpful and created a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were fairly clean, but I noticed persistent mold in the bathtubs, which was disappointing. Breakfast had its ups and downs, with fresh bakery items being a highlight, but the coffee and some choices could definitely improve.
This hotel is situated in a central area of Neuquen, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is truly outstanding, always available and eager to help. However, don’t expect luxurious accommodations as the rooms are basic and a bit cramped, particularly for families. Breakfast could use some improvement, especially the fruit and coffee offerings, but the fresh pastries are a nice touch.
I had quite a mixed experience at this hotel during my visits to Neuquen. The location is fantastic for exploring the city center, and the lovely chalet-style decor adds a cozy vibe. However, cleanliness is a concern with noticeable mold in the bathtubs, and the breakfast options left much to be desired. While the staff really stood out with their helpfulness, I did find the overall value could be improved, particularly in dining.
I found this hotel to have a charm with its mountain atmosphere and exceptional staff. While it's centrally located and offers essential rooms, I encountered some issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms. The breakfast selection wasn't impressive either, which was a letdown. Overall, the service really stood out, making my stay more enjoyable despite the drawbacks.
